This mozzarella bar (60 Robertson Quay #01-04A, 6908-0830) is usually only open for dinner. But today they were open for lunch so I stopped by, despite the lack of lunch sets. I grabbed this smoked burratina, which despite the sadly wilted leaves that they threw onto the plate, was pretty good, especially with that rich and gooey cheese in the middle. I'd like to come back to try their other stuff so as to better size it up against Latteria, but the prices are a bit prohibitive.
