This place was a lot more upscale than
Brasserie Gavroche next door (64 Tras Street, 6222-6861). In addition to the gorgeous porcelainware and decor, the food quality was very good, with a seared scallop and daikon dish as well as that crispy scaled
madai fish above being my faves among the many courses that we were served today. The cheese cart service was fun too. The service wasn't as polished as I would've expected of a place like this, but we were satisfied.
