The Biryani Bar by Milind Sovani

Mutton Dum Biryani

It turns out that the guy behind Masalaa Bar also has a cloud kitchen-based biryani service. And it was pretty good, with those firm grains of rice accompanying a few tender and fatty cuts of mutton, which had just the right amount of stank for emphasis. The rice was less greasy than Bismillah, which also made it borderline dry, but at least there is a mirchi ka salan option, which is a pleasantly tangy chili and peanut curry to go with it. I'd be happy to order this again.
