I picked these up from
Duckland for lunch today out of sheer curiosity. The terrine tasted like it looked: a rich spread on little toasted bread rounds. The tongues though were more work than I was expecting given all of the bones in there. It would probably be fun when socializing over some beer (think: salty greasy spicy stuff to nibble on), but not when you're in a rush trying to get back to work like I was.
