On-Dol in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore

I've been very curious about this place for multiple reasons. It not only took over the spot previously occupied by Hokkaido Izakaya featuring odd "OCNZ" signage (95 Tanjong Pagar Road, 6909-6170), but also they have these shiny racks of metal rice cookers at the entrance busily steaming away in front of your eyes when you enter. Plus, they have huge trays of leafy greens on each table like Bornga does.

And it's actually those greens that were the most impressive. There were so many different varieties, including three different types of kale-like leaves featuring gorgeous shades of purple, green, and white, all of them neatly dried off and organized on that tray. Yeah, the meat was fine too, but it was the ssam wraps that I was the happiest with. It wasn't cheap, but it was healthy.
