The Roujiangmian from Top 4 Noodle Master

I had no idea what this was when I ordered it; I only got it because it was the only thing on the menu at Siye Niula that I hadn't tried yet. It turned out to be a bit like a Chinese minced spaghetti sauce poured over noodles. Maybe it's what mazesoba got its inspiration from, especially since these guys suggested that I pour vinegar into it as well. After having tried all of the items on the menu though, the best one is still just the plain signature beef noodles (note to self: don't forget the extra chili, and try some other noodle widths next time).
