I swung by
Makansutra Gluttons Bay after work tonight because I was told that there was a
Pakistani stall there worth trying. Fortunately, he had this platter that combined three different types of chicken kebabs on a single plate. The red chicken tikka in the center was the best with all of its spices and smokiness, going perfectly with those onions. The other two weren't as dry as I feared they would be, but also weren't anywhere as exciting as, say, those wonderful kebabs at
Awadh. This place was significantly cheaper though, so I'll come back. I need to remember to try the beef
bihari kebabs next time.
