I avoided this place for a while, in part since it was a tonkotsu shop (1 Wallich Street #B2-10, 6246-6630). But I needed something fast today, and fortunately they had this limited quantity bowl featuring a shio broth instead. It was crisp and savory, and with the added bonus of tender yet tasty slices of Miyazaki wagyu. The gyoza were decent too. But I won't come back for this, nor do I have much desire to try their tonkotsu.
