Steamed Fish from Ho Fook Hei

Seabass?

That might look pretty good in the photo, but I struggled to eat it, as it wasn't fresh. That's too bad, seeing how they seemed to care about the quality of the food on our last visit about a year ago. Well, at least the crunchy chili sauce was kinda fun. But yeah, I should've just stuck with the chicken.
