Zhenghaochi Steamed Gourmet Food Court Stalls in Singapore

This small chain of Chinese bamboo basket stalls (seen at both Food Republic and Kopitiam food courts around the island) normally wouldn't really be the first place to catch my eye. But I've been eating at them a lot lately, not only since it's delicate and tasty, but healthy and cheap too. They offer a brown rice option, and their steamed egg dish costs only S$3.80 (US$2.75). That minced pork above was good too, as was one of their tofu selections. Another one of their tofu items (the one with minced meat) is a bit sweet though, so I need to remember to avoid that one.
