Maggie Joan's Dining & Bar on Amoy Street, Singapore

Barramundi, chicken jus, smoked herring roe & broccoli

This place is delicious (110 Amoy Street #01-01, 6221-5564). It's just a few doors down from Burger Joint, and both the fish above and the beef tartare that I had for lunch today were tasty and refreshing enough that I would've happily licked the plates clean, if only it were socially acceptable.

What's interesting is that it's from the Moosehead folks, but the food here is so much more delicate (read: better). Plus, lunch prices weren't anywhere as high as I would've expected it to be. I'm definitely coming back, possibly even as an alternative to Burnt Ends given how difficult it is to get a seat there.
