Burnt Ends chefs. It showed in the food too, including not just the ingredients and techniques employed (Burnt Ends even supplies their brioche buns), but also their simple yet forward approach to flavors, as seen in that punchy plate of truffle bacon mac and cheese above. Yes, I like these guys enough that I'll come back, especially since they had
an Impossible Burger on their menu.
