It was fun picking at a bunch of local Lunar New Year rabbitfish with chopsticks this evening, as nearly all of the ones served tonight had rich and creamy sperm sacs inside. The mild flesh was also a little tastier than I recall too. I'm now curious to know what the roe tastes like.
