So here's another local salted egg fish skin vendor. These guys feature both the usual fish skin and potato chip options, but also a mala and truffle version too. The mala flavor carried a surprising amount of heat, but the truffle flavor was not as strong as I would have thought it would be. The portions were pretty small in these bags too, but that was probably a good thing.
