I didn't realize this until yesterday, but Denver Union Station has a bunch of nice restaurants inside, making for a great place to grab a meal before hopping on the train to the airport. I went with Next Door, a small
local chain whose burger patties are made with beef from Colorado's Koberstein Ranch. And they had an optional 50/50 version of the patty. Now, unlike
Slater's, this was 50% mushrooms rather than bacon. But I was so happy with the taste of the dry aged beef that honestly I never even noticed the mushrooms in the end.
