If I read it correctly, this place is run by a team that has several other restaurants around town, some of which are related to the Adrià family. Indeed, the menu said that the red sauce above was done by Albert Adrià. To be sure, I couldn't really taste anything so different in that sauce that made me go nuts (if anything, the garlicky aioli overpowered it). But the potatoes were piping hot and tasty, and the Cantabrian anchovies behind it were salted just right, bursting in savory goodness. I nearly ordered another plate of anchovies if they weren't €18 (US$22).
