This is another one of the places that showed up frequently when I searched online for places to eat in Phoenix (1945 East Indian School Rd, 602-527-0208). They're only open from 7PM to midnight, so I went there after dinner tonight. To my surprise, it was a stand rather than a restaurant, reminding me of Tacos El Tucanazo in San Jose. I asked for a hot dog with everything on it and it was basically just a steamed bun with a hot dog, beans, tomato, and other things. There was a condiment bar with different types of cheeses and salsas, but I was rather let down as it was smaller and less bacon-y than I had hoped. Oh well.
