FnB Restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona
Whenever I did a search online for things to get in Phoenix, this farm-to-table place showed up (7125 East 5th Avenue #31, 480-284-4777), particularly for some kind of braised leek dish. Unfortunately, those weren't available today, and when I arrived after 4 PM, the kitchen wasn't even completely open yet. But the bartender suggested these lamb riblets off the bar menu. They were rather tangy due to the sherry vinegar and honey, and also a bit on the dry side. Still, it was interesting enough that I wouldn't mind coming back here, as long as I remember to come here after 5 PM when the kitchen opens. And hopefully the leeks will be in season at that time too.
