I nearly didn't see this, but Saizeriya is now offering a small plate of beef tripe if that's of any interest to you. And it was surprisingly spicy too. Of course, this wasn't exactly lampredotto in Florence; it was seemingly done in the same tomato sauce that they use on their pasta. Still, I just can't get over the fact that this quirkly cafeteria-like place even had this on their menu.
