Those silky smooth yet savory anchovies above were from PIM PAM, a place run by
the folks at FOC but one that I hadn't been to until today, in part because of my aversion to
Spanish food outside of Spain (442 Orchard Road #01-29, 6100-4242). Still, it made for an easy spot to kick back at this afternoon, and those anchovies were better than I thought they would be (I nearly wanted to lick the excess olive oil off the plate). Throwing alcohol into the mix made it rather pricey though, and it's too bad that the menu was rather limited.
