The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck at Changi T3
Upon arrival at Changi Terminal 3 today, I needed lunch, and figured I'd settle for some sushi upstairs. But then something in the back of my head reminded me that there was a new Wolfgang Puck place just past security. I immediately made my way inside and got his Chinois Chicken Salad, whose dressing was not as sweet as I thought it would be. If anything, it was actually pleasantly spicy (almost borderline excessively so) thanks to the ginger in the dressing. Everything was very finely chopped and was a delight to eat. Next time, I should probably try his signature smoked salmon pizza. Too bad the bar here is nothing like the one over at CUT.
