Out here in Southeast Asia, it's common to find bird's eye chili (a.k.a. mouse dropping chili) from Thailand. So it was interesting that Cold Storage had these "bullet" chili peppers from Myanmar: they were smaller than your everyday chili padi, and maybe slightly spicier, but not overwhelmingly so. That made them kinda fun, but also a bit frustrating given how small they are (a bit like shelling sunflower seeds, I suppose). Anyway, we went through one pack pretty quickly and have just restocked our fridge with a second one.
