Another salad place has opened up (41 Duxton Road, 6221-1227). This one is more high-end, as seen in that pre-configured "Sprout Super Salad" above at a whopping S$19 (US$13) without even any protein. The good thing is that the ingredients were of high-enough quality (and without being overdressed) that I'd be willing to come back here to try more, including their grain bowls and DIY options too. But not too frequently; I'm not willing to pay these prices on a regular basis.
