The
basement supermarket at Isetan has a stand with a Hyoshiro logo permanently fixated on the wall. They're selling things like
udon and
tsuyu, and giving out samples in the process too. But if you look carefully, they also have a small counter of four seats where you could be served a plate of cold noodles and fish cake. Sure, it was refreshingly light and tasty. But the guy overcooked my noodles a bit; I still prefer
Inaniwa Yosuke instead, even if this was only half of the price.
