Here's another
can of Portuguese tuna, but this one was much better, being beautifully sliced into
thin long strips. I was a bit surprised by how lean and salty it was at first, but the olive oil was wonderfully rich and made for fun bread dipping. At that point, the salty tuna became a nice complement when
used sparingly like anchovies. It's definitely not the
prized fatty stuff that I've come to worship, but I'll buy this again.
