We were in the neighborhood again today, and stopped by for a quick lunch. And quick it was indeed, with our food coming out in what seemed like only two or three minutes.
I got the same things that I got last time, but the broth wasn't as salty, nor was that little bowl of hành trần nước béo as rich as I remember it being either. Still, I happily gobbled up this thing in the blink of an eye.
Someone is going to have to explain this "crunchy flank" thing to me though. It still wasn't crispy from frying, nor was it firm like a pig's ear. But it was tender and delicious.
