Time for food trucks! I asked this guy what his most popular item was, and it was this grilled bacon cheddar mac 'n' cheese. Admittedly it wasn't that different from something that I might be able to make myself at home, but nonetheless it was exactly what I wanted, and being able to sit out in the sun during the lunch hour was therapeutic too. I love how
Off the Grid sets up at a location that is so close to the convention center, and am very glad that I came out instead of eating from those catered buffet troughs inside.
