My connecting flight this afternoon was in front of
Engine Co. No. 28 again, so I stopped in for a quick lunch, this time grabbing a meatloaf entree instead. The meat was super tender, but the mushroom demi-glace wasn't really needed. I actually got much more excited about the sauteed spinach behind it; I'm not sure what kind of oil they used, but it made it really tasty.
