The food at this
all-inclusive resort in Cancún isn't exactly anything to get excited about. Still, they had a Mayan restaurant on-site, and I was surprised by how much I liked this plate. Inside that banana leaf was a very tender and tasty fish, and the shrimp and octopus were grilled just right too...so much that I tried to avoid the salsa and tortillas that they came with, lest they cover up the seafood's natural taste. I'd like to try this again at a proper off-site restaurant to see how it compares.
