A mizutaki shop from Hakata has opened an outlet in Singapore. I was a bit concerned at first since it was located at the Tokyo Walker area of Plaza Singapura (68 Orchard Road #04-01, 6333-9287). Fortunately, I liked it, with a thin savory broth and reasonable quality ingredients, even if that tsukune above was a bit large. Sure, Tsukada Nojo is much punchier, but at least here I don't have to wait in line. I'd come back.
