There was an Off the Grid nearby today, so I popped on over for lunch, grabbing some Desi fish and chips from a truck called Tandoori Chicken USA Mobile. They weren't anywhere as spicy as their bright red color suggests, and in fact were pretty darned good with a light and crispy crust surrounding some delicate fish. It was paired with fries made with proper potatoes as well as a slaw that I gobbled in a hurry. It didn't matter if this were Indian fusion or not; it was just plain good food. Instead of malt vinegar, one got mint chutney, and it worked very nicely. I'd easily eat this again.
