This has always been one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Singapore (8A Marina Boulevard #02-01, 6509-9308). Sure, it's a bit fancy and pricey, but the quality of the food is top-notch, including everything from the
lo baak gou above to the
Peking Duck, the latter of which is roasted in a fragrant apple wood oven that greets you when you enter the place. The
liu sha bao are also one of the best ones that we've been able to find around here. Now that I think of it, this place kinda reminds me of
Duddell's in Hong Kong. Too bad the service during lunch today was so frustratingly slow.
