I wasn't intending to eat
mala xiangguo. But during a break in this afternoon's Singapore Jazz Festival, I went wandering around The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands and eventually found myself at the Rasapura Masters food court. And somehow, a salty greasy spice bomb sounded kinda good at that moment. It turned out to be spicy, but it was also a bit watery, reminding me of
Xiao Manniu. Oh well.
