It's probably a bit hard to see the base of this huarache in the photo, but I assure you that it was the best part, with its heavy fried corn taste. Actually, the lovely tripe on top also made it tasty, not to mention the squeeze bottles of salsa. Yum. I love taco trucks. This one was from Loncheria Las Marias again.
