I needed something hot and soupy to sit in my stomach after being out on that bender last night. So I came down to Moc Quan (81 Clemenceau Avenue #01-23, 6736-0123), a place whose phở is a bit too sweet and cinnamon-y for me, but nonetheless is reasonably authentic. Likewise, the bánh xèo from Wrap & Roll is more memorable for me, but this did the job. I'd be curious to see what this place's bánh mì is like.
