Whoa...they really re-did the basement of One Raffles Place, eh? There were a few things that caught my eye, but ultimately a light bowl of phở somehow felt suitable today, so I grabbed a lunch set from these guys and sat down (1 Raffles Place #B1-17, 6536-6466).
The good thing was that the broth was much better than I was expecting; a bit like Pho Hoa's. But I won't really come back here either, as I'm not a huge fan of places that garnish your bowl for you; I prefer to pile on the bean sprouts and basil myself. Anyway, it was worth trying.
