Cool - another hotpot chain from China has landed in Singapore, with this one (181 Orchard Road #07-10, 6238-0800) offering individual pots and counter style seating. That beef set went down surprisingly well, especially with their full complement of sauces.
Perhaps more interesting was their hand pulled noodles...that you pulled yourself! Yup - they even gave you plastic gloves and an instructional video overhead to stretch out two strips of dough with. I failed miserably, but it was fun nonetheless. I'll easily come back here, if anything out of sheer convenience.
