I finally got the sanbeiji that I missed on United last time, and it looked nothing like the photo in the in-flight magazine (the carrots and broccoli make it look like something from Panda Express!). Of course, it was just airplane food at the end of the day, and I still ate it, complete with its mildly saccharine-like aftertaste. I think I should go hunt down some proper sanbeiji next time I'm in Taipei.
