Isetan's basement is running a Niigata fair now, and this was the featured ramen. Even just based on appearances, the most notable thing that stuck out about this was that thick long slice of fat-layered pork, and indeed, that was the best thing in this entire bowl. That's not to say that the noodles nor broth were bad though, with the former being chewy and the latter being deep and smoky. Yeah, this was a respectable bowl.
