I'm not sure why the folks at The Fish Market put this thing in capital letters, but it was basically a very small portioned skewer of rockfish. It was fairly light and frankly left me unsatisfied, but then again, I was the one that ordered something called LITEATERS. I think next time I'll go back to my usual bacon and shrimp skewers instead.
