Hmm...I'm not sure what the big deal was about this place (665 Buffalo Road #01-297, 6296-6786). The rice was disappointingly mushy and lacking the buttery richness that I was hoping to get from them. Granted, the mutton was tender, and the gravy was fragrant with its roasted garlic, if I tasted it correctly.
Admittedly, I still finished it in the end, but I was so let down by this that I tried another one from Hanifa's at stall 256, which unfortunately I didn't care for either. I should have just gone to Yakader from the start...or maybe walked across the street to Bismillah, although that assumes that it was even open for lunch during Ramadan.
