Cajun/Creole cuisine is probably the last thing that I would have expected on a flight out of Germany, but Lufthansa's Star Chefs program featured John Besh from
New Orleans today. The sour pickling in this salad overpowered the taste of the crawfish itself, but hey - this was a lot better than that meal
on the way in.
