This was just a
quick sandwich that I picked up this morning, this time featuring
fuet, or a dry Catalan sausage. Yes, the thin slices carried all of the taste from the curing process, and clearly there was quite a bit of
tomato rubbing on the inside as well.
Excellent blog. Much better than Bourdain's blog, in my opinion.
