Here's the pork knuckle from
Brotzeit. Similar to
Baden-Baden's version, this featured crispy and tasty skin surrounding tender meat that just fell off the bone. But they did pre-slice this one a bit to make it easy to eat, not to mention dressing it up with a bit more garnishes.
