Catered Lunch at the Hyatt Bangkok

Again, a mass-catered lunch at a hotel event can't be good, but I sure didn't mind this pad thai. Certainly not the best one has had, but I still loved all the bean sprout, ground chili (prik pon), and scallion additions you can make. I went back for seconds, and this was basically the only thing I ate. Not that the green curry and papaya salad didn't look good too, but just kept wanting to eat the pad thai .
