The Kitchen By Wolfgang Puck is now my go-to place at Changi Terminal 3. I was torn between the chicken salad or the salmon pizza at first, but then I saw a tabletop cardboard cutout with a big picture of their burger on it. It looked pretty good, so I got that instead. Yes, it was made with care and quality ingredients, but was also a tad sweet from some kind of relish, although fortunately not in an annoying way. More importantly, the patty had an awesome grilled aroma to it. I'm liking this guy's food more and more now, even if the fries were rather tasteless with an oddly crunchy texture.
