Another Stop at Mazendo in Taipei, Taiwan

Mala Lamb Noodle

We needed a quick refueling before heading to our next meeting, so we stopped at an outlet of Mazendo. I was in the mood for a hot soup, and thus got this bowl of sliced lamb noodles. Actually, one could hardly tell that it was lamb (and I had to add a bit more chili oil in order to turn up the heat), but I gobbled this down either way. Surprisingly, the duck blood cakes were pretty tasteless, whereas the generous helpings of tofu skin were much more fun.
