London Fat Duck in Singapore

I was still hungry after that last meal, so I went across the street to Scotts Square finally give that London Fat Duck place a try (6 Scotts Road #B1-16, 6443-7866). To be clear, this place has nothing to do with Heston Blumenthal's restaurant in the UK. Instead, this is a local place that I believe was inspired by the Bayswater duck restaurant in London.

It's too bad then that the duck wasn't anything that special. Sure, there was a generous amount of fat in there, but it lacked that delicate touch of herbs that I recall from Four Seasons. To be honest, if anyone had told me that this was from Crystal Jade, I would have believed them. Well, at least the egg noodles were nice and firm.
