A local teammate of mine mentioned in passing the other day that this bánh mì shop puts Lee's Sandwiches to shame (1210 Story Road, 408-271-2877). And I can see why. The ingredients and garnishes were at least a notch or two up from Lee's, and they give a pretty generous portion too (that photo above is only half of the sandwich). Now, the bread wasn't as airy as Bami Express or even Saigon's Bakery, but I'd eat that again.
