Mazesoba Tsuyoshi from Menya Sanji Singapore

Mazesoba Tsuyoshi

I'm not sure why the Sanji folks call this Tsuyoshi, but they're running this mazesoba as their special right now. It was very aromatic given that they dressed it with fried leeks and garlic oil, but that also means a dragon breath alert comes with it. It was also very heavily seasoned, even before lacing it with the vinegar, raayu, and karashi takana that they encouraged you to put in. I suppose that I shouldn't expect anything less from these guys though.
